Kefuma is an AI-powered product manual generation platform. You can upload product materials and the system will automatically generate manual web pages, Q&A chatbots, and QR codes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice.
2. User Obligations
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Not abuse AI generation features (e.g., mass-generating spam content)
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Intellectual Property
Your content: You own the original materials you upload and the generated manual content. We will not use your content without your permission.
Platform content: Kefuma's brand, interface design, code, and technology are owned by the platform and protected by intellectual property law.
AI-generated content: The usage rights to AI-generated manual content belong to the creator.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; users should review it themselves
- We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of this service
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the dispute
5. Termination
We may terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms of service
- Uploading illegal or infringing content
- Abuse of service resources
- Prolonged inactivity (over 12 months)
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all data will be permanently removed.
6. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located.
